It could be the dirtiest weekend for clean family fun this summer at bargain prices.
Early bird tickets for all four days of this year’s Extreme Mudfest in Bonnyville from Aug. 23-27 are available until Jan. 15 at the discount price of $95 with kids 12 and under free.
The four-day festival features sanctioned racing events such as CMRO and non-CMRO Mudding, Outlaw Top Trucks (formally known as rock crawlers), Tuff Trucks, lawnmower races, a demolition derby, and new to the fold for 2018 – quad racing.
The racing prize money is one of the highest awarded purses in the country, drawing racers from all over Canada and the United States who also come for the entertainment.
Extreme Mudfest Bonnyville and 542 Entertainment are excited to announce that Theory of a Deadman and Terri Clark will headline what will be the 4th annual Mudfest.
Extreme MudFest has previously hosted artists such as Three Days Grace, Dallas Smith, Chad Brownlee, Trooper, The Road Hammers, The Trews and more.
The event, which is supported by Travel Alberta and produced by 542 Entertainment, is a four-day mud and music festival, which hosted over 5,000 attendees per day in 2017.
MudFest is an event that prides itself on having something for everyone.
Alongside the racing events and concerts, the event also hosts a 30-team baseball tournament that takes place over the course of the weekend, an Extreme MudRun for charity, an after-hours saloon, and a full weekend of camping in either the family zone or the no-judgement zone.
