The Lloydminster Cultural and Science Centre is focusing on wildlife photography this spring and summer.
The Canadian Wildlife Photography Exhibition moves into the Travelling Gallery on May 3.
The exhibit consists of photos from the Canadian Geographic Wildlife Photography of the Year contest and offers a colourful variety of high-quality images.
“With nature and the outdoors so central to life in our region, the Canadian Wildlife Photography Exhibition is a great fit for the LCSC and our community,” said Kyra-Marie Stefanuk, manager, LCSC.
“There is also an active and talented photography community in Lloydminster, so we encourage all local shutterbugs to come visit us for a little inspiration this spring and summer.”
The exhibit, which opens at LCSC on May 3, is produced by the Canadian Museum of Nature, in partnership with Canadian Geographic and the Alliance of the Natural History Museums of Canada.
The exhibit runs until Aug. 27
