Dozens of charges laid after investigation

Lloydminster Mounties laid 34 charges and recovered stolen property during a search.
On March 16 police executed a search warrant in the 4400 block of 32 Street.
RCMP located many different stolen items, including a brand new dirt bike.
Also in the residence were numerous credit card numbers and personal information.
Through the course of the investigation, police were able to connect property in the residence that had been purchased on-line with the stolen credit cards.
Mark Moran and Jamie Lynn Pierce, both 30-years-old and from Lloydminster, were jointly charged with 17 counts of possession of property obtained by crime.
Moran has been charged with 16 additional charges including: three counts of break and enter, theft under $5000, possession of a prohibited device, three counts of wearing a disguise with intent to commit a crime, removing a vehicle identification number, possession of a controlled substance, five counts of failing to comply with court orders and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
