Police are looking for a suspect in connection to a string of recent breakins.
Lloydminster RCMP were called to a robbery at the 7/11 store on 50 Avenue around 5:30 AM on Monday morning. The suspect entered the store, pretended to pay for an item, and then grabbed the money from the till. The suspect tried to smash open a second til, but was unsuccessful. The suspect also stole cigarettes.
The suspect has been identified as 27-year-old Adam Theodore Snell of Lloydminster. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Snell and he is wanted in connection with other recent robberies reported in and around the Lloydminster area.
