There's no one good direction to face when you're a schoolchild sitting on the gallery floor at the Barr Colony Heritage Cultural Centre.
Seven paintings and one pottery piece are split four and four between the north and south walls of the area just off of the main entrance, so Jack Kemp Community School students were twisting back and forth on the floor on Wednesday as Ken Duczek, with the MacKenzie Art Gallery, explained the pieces from the travelling When I Think of the Land exhibit.
